In the Czech Republic, we have two divisions – Cardif Pojišťovna and Cardif Services, which primarily focuses on the development of key software for insurance companies within continental Europe. Other services such as development and valuation of insurance products, HR, optimization and unification of processes or management accounting are an integral part.

This role covers following activities

  • Able to adapt to new situations, find the key points and people of the projects and understand the technical and organizational complexity of the topic
  • Conducting effective planning, monitoring and tracking as well as coordinating, staffing, organizing, and decision making for the IT projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders like Sponsors and Business Owners to ensure technical feasibility
  • Maintain the BNP internal Process methodology with Headoffice
  • Work with international teams on international projects

Your profile

  • Fluent English spoken and written (min. level B2)
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Project, Visio, Planner, TFS)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
  • First experience in agile Methods like SCRUM are beneficial
