TERMS OF USE OF TRIBEE

1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

The company Good tribe s.r.o., IČO: 22588922, with its registered office at Příčná 4, 110 00 Praha, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under sp. zn. C 418359 ("TRIBEE" or "we"), operates an online platform available at www.tribee.cz ("Website"), which is intended for presenting employers and connecting candidates with job opportunities.

These terms of use ("Terms") govern the relationship between you as a user of the Website and TRIBEE. By using the Website, you express your consent to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Website.

2. WHAT IS THE TRIBEE WEBSITE

The TRIBEE Website enables you to:

  • browse company profiles and their job offers
  • create a user account to respond to job offers
  • read content about the job market and company cultures
  • subscribe to news from companies or industries

All services are free for users. Companies (employers) pay for the publication of their profiles and job offers.

3. CREATION AND USE OF A USER ACCOUNT

3.1 Registration

For full use of the Website, you can create a user account. During registration, you can:

  • use your LinkedIn or Google account
  • register by e-mail (first name, last name, e-mail and password)

Account creation is only permitted for persons over 15 years of age.

3.2 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
  • the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided
  • all activities carried out under your account

3.3 Your Profile

After creating an account, you can:

  • fill in your professional profile
  • upload a CV and other documents
  • set your preferences for job offers
  • activate the option to be contacted by recruiters

3.4 Responding to Job Offers

When responding to a job offer, you enter information that will be provided directly to the respective employer. TRIBEE is only an intermediary of this communication and is not part of the recruitment process.

4. RULES FOR USING THE WEBSITE

When using the Website, you agree to:

  • provide only truthful and up-to-date information
  • not use automated tools to download content
  • not use the Website to send unsolicited communications
  • respect the intellectual property rights of TRIBEE
  • not distribute content that is illegal, offensive or discriminatory
  • not impersonate another person
  • not interfere with the security or functionality of the Website

In the event of a breach of these rules, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Website.

5. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

5.1 Ownership of Content

All content that you upload (CVs, cover letters, etc.) remains your property. By uploading content, you grant TRIBEE a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use this content for the purposes of providing services.

5.2 Content Monitoring

TRIBEE reserves the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, modify or remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

6. OUR LIABILITY

6.1 Availability of Services

Although we strive to ensure uninterrupted availability of the Website, we cannot fully guarantee it. The Website may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or technical issues.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

TRIBEE is not liable for:

  • decisions made by employers in recruitment processes
  • content published by employers on their profiles
  • the accuracy or completeness of information provided by users or employers
  • damages arising from the use of the Website or the inability to access it
  • content on third-party websites to which we link

TRIBEE is not an employer, a recruitment agency or a job intermediary within the meaning of the relevant legal regulations.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

7.1 TRIBEE Content

All content on the Website (texts, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, page design, etc.) is protected by the copyrights of TRIBEE or its partners. Any copying, distribution or other use of this content without the prior consent of TRIBEE is prohibited.

7.2 Limited License for Users

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Website solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
