About the applications

You'll be supporting business-critical applications used in the banking and insurance sector-systems where reliability and security are paramount, and where every incident you resolve directly affects real users and business operations.

What you'll do

  • L2 application support using service management tools (JIRA, ServiceNow)
  • Root cause analysis of non-standard production incidents requiring investigation and creative problem-solving
  • Performance monitoring and analysis (Dynatrace, Kibana)
  • Incident management and resolution often without predefined solutions
  • Configuration, testing and deployment support
  • Proactive system monitoring and issue prevention utilizing problem management
  • Technical documentation and knowledge sharing
  • Collaboration with development teams and stakeholders
  • Participation in on-call rotation

Your profile

Required:

  • Fluent English (B2+) and Czech
  • 2+ years in application or system support
  • Knowledge of web/application servers (Apache, Tomcat)
  • Linux administration basics
  • Basic understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration
  • Familiarity with SSL/TLS certificates and certificate management
  • Proactive mindset - ability to investigate and resolve issues independently
  • Strong troubleshooting skills - comfort with ambiguity and complex technical problems
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Kibana)
  • Bash/Python scripting
  • International environment experience
