• Lead strategic innovation projects across brands, categories, and departments (e.g. rPET, bottle development, deposit system).

• Drive project excellence from concept to launch using structured frameworks and tools (e.g. workflow NPD app, SAP).

• Collaborate across teams to improve workflows, resolve cross-functional challenges, and ensure smooth execution.

• Monitor legislative changes (e.g. sugar tax, ESG, trademarks) and prepare brand responses.

• Support commercial teams with tailored solutions for tenders and production planning.

• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and analytical skills.

• Confident communicator who can influence across senior and cross-functional teams.

• Experienced project manager who thrives in fast-paced FMCG environment.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and innovation.

• Team player with a proactive approach and ownership mentality.

• Fluency in English and Czech or Slovak language.
