SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Configuration Specialist Senior

In this specialized position, you will participate in the implementation and ongoing support of SAP S/4HANA in the areas of MM, PP, QM, EWM, IBP.

We are looking for a candidate with an ambition and capabilities to grow into a future leadership role of SAP Supply Chain & Operations Team for which the candidate will get continuous support and development plan.

You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery within your functional domain— analyzing business requirements and designing solutions, testing, training users, and ensuring successful deployment. After the initial implementation, you’ll continue to support and develop our SAP landscape, ensuring it evolves with our business needs.

Projects Delivery

• Provide functional and technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Ensure compliance with PMO standards.

• Support business case preparation for projects.
  

Application Development / Enhancements

• Design and implement SAP solutions that deliver measurable business value.

• Convert business requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Ensure all solutions are properly documented and meet internal standards.
  

Application Support / Business Continuity

• Deliver day-to-day Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP ECC (during the transition period) and S/4HANA environments.

• Resolve technical incidents promptly and act as a consultant for stakeholders.

• Conduct system testing and provide user training to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions.

• Experience with at least one S/4HANA project, including data migrations in the role of Supply Chain & Operations Implementation Team Leader or Senior Expert responsible for the full project lifecycle.

• Ability to analyze, design, and optimize supply chain processes to fully leverage S/4HANA capabilities.

• At least 2 years of hands-on configuration and customization experience in S/4HANA modules: Supply Chain (including EWM), Manufacturing (including QM), and Sourcing & Procurement (including Purchasing).

• Expertise in integrating Manufacturing and Inventory Management with SAP FI/CO modules.

• Strong negotiation skills with senior stakeholders and previous experience in leading functional SAP teams

• Solid understanding of SAP security concepts, roles, authorizations, and compliance requirements.

• English at B2 or C1 level, Czech/Slovak is an advantage

• SAP Clean-Core Strategy, and BTP application development is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, IT Management, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
