Join the Collaborative Workplace Product team, where we design and operate Microsoft 365 services for a large enterprise environment. Our team is responsible for the development, governance and security of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot and other services part of M365 product stack.

What will you do

• Design, implement, and administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot services at enterprise scale (>30k users).
• Manage tenant-wide policies, lifecycle, migrations, integrations and automations.
• Implement and tune Microsoft Defender for Office 365, IronScales, and related security controls.
• Build and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP), data classification, retention, eDiscovery, and Insider Risk policies.
• Prepare data, permissions, and policies for Copilot for Microsoft 365 enablement.
• Operate and patch on-premises Exchange servers for SMTP relay and secure mail flows.
• Develop and maintain reusable automation scripts using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
• Design and implement workflow solutions with Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline business processes.
• Act as Tier 3 escalation point for messaging and M365-related incidents and service requests.
• Produce architecture diagrams, SOPs, and runbooks; mentor junior engineers and deliver training.

We are looking for these competencies

• 5+ years hands-on engineering experience with Microsoft 365 in large, multi-tenant or hybrid environments.
• Expert knowledge of Exchange Online (mail routing, transport rules, EOP).
• Strong experience with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 security posture (Defender for M365, Conditional Access, MFA, IronScales).
• Proficiency in advanced PowerShell and Microsoft Graph REST API.
• Familiarity with Power Automate cloud flows and Power Platform governance.
• Good understanding of Copilot agents with ability to build custom Copilot Studio solutions with connectors/actions
• Working knowledge of Exchange Server 2016/2019, SMTP relays, hybrid connect-ors, and edge security.
• Experience with ITIL-aligned incidents and change processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
