What will you do

  • Work on international SAP HCM projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe
  • Contribute to the design and development of group-wide process templates
  • Customize SAP HCM processes and interfaces, including testing scenarios
  • Ensure quality assurance, monitor and continuously improve implemented processes
  • Design and deliver training programs for key users and stakeholders
  • Provide ongoing support to key end-users across the organization
  • Drive innovation and optimization in our HR processes
  • Be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking SAP team

Jaké zkušenosti byste měli mít

We are looking for these competencies

  • Strong understanding of Payroll processes
  • Solid experience with SAP HCM customizing, especially Payroll and Time Management
  • Familiarity with HR integration with SAP FI/CO modules
  • Analytical mindset with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Structured, goal-oriented approach with a focus on fast and effective implementation
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10–20%) and support global rollouts
  • Team player with a service-oriented mindset in a multicultural environment

What is beneficial

  • University degree in business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Knowledge of Workday is a plus
