Marketing & Innovation Coordinator

with experience in the FMCG sector to coordinate key international innovation projects across the Mattoni 1873 Group. You’ll work closely with teams from various countries and departments, turning insights into action and helping to drive projects that deliver real business impact.

• Coordinate international projects in cooperation with Group Marketing and Innovation manager & work on strategic NPD business platforms on Mattoni 1873 Group level

• Responsible for NPD concepts development and validation through modern and innovative tools with research department

• Preparation of business cases for new concepts and platforms

• Support cooperation with more internal stakeholders (R&D, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Controlling, Production, Logistics, Research, Insight, etc.)

• Contribute to the elaboration of international product development route-to-market strategies

• Integrate corporate margin management strategies into projects/platforms

• Contribute to Group NPD steering meetings development and management with appropriate business tracking tools

• Competitive environment knowledge, expertise and analysis

• University degree (min. bachelor’s degree preferred)

• At least 3 years of experience in FMCG in marketing or business-related roles, ideally in an international environment

• Experience in business case preparation

• Previous involvement in NPD (New Product Development) preferred

• Advanced English knowledge is a must, Czech/Slovak is an advantage

• Very good analytical skills as well as relationship management skills, structured and goal oriented

• Ambitious, open-minded team player with great critical business thinking

• Skilled with Office 365 suite (beyond Excel and Powerpoint)

• Driver’s license is a plus
