What will you do
- Work on international SAP HCM projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe
- Contribute to the design and development of group-wide process templates
- Customize SAP HCM processes and interfaces, including testing scenarios
- Ensure quality assurance, monitor and continuously improve implemented processes
- Design and deliver training programs for key users and stakeholders
- Provide ongoing support to key end-users across the organization
- Drive innovation and optimization in our HR processes
- Be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking SAP team

Jaké zkušenosti byste měli mít
We are looking for these competencies
- Strong understanding of Payroll processes
- Solid experience with SAP HCM customizing, especially Payroll and Time Management
- Familiarity with HR integration with SAP FI/CO modules
- Analytical mindset with strong communication and organizational skills
- Structured, goal-oriented approach with a focus on fast and effective implementation
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10–20%) and support global rollouts
- Team player with a service-oriented mindset in a multicultural environment
What is beneficial
- University degree in business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of Workday is a plus
