You’ll be part of a nine-member team supporting Windows OS 11/10 LTSC, handling software packaging, core applications, and managing both fat and thin client environments. Our primary goal is shifting our infrastructure to the cloud, which means we’re working extensively with MS Intune services related to client and mobile man-agement, printing solutions, and backup operations. The team oversees every aspect of client operations, from routine tasks to complex technical engineering projects.

What you will do

Manage our portfolio of Windows, Mac, and mobile clients, focusing on the lifecycle of application packaging, deployment, and patching within enterprise Windows environments. Package, test, and deploy Windows apps with Intune, MECM, and Patch My PC. Address critical issues and support company operations and projects.

Beyond day-to-day management, you will take full ownership of technical projects—from initial market research and proof-of-concept evaluation to final implementation and global deployment. This end-to-end responsibility ensures you play a key role in shaping and evolving our infrastructure from the ground up.

Your tasks will include:

• Daily support and maintenance of MS Intune, Windows, MacOS, Android and iOS devices
• Run automated software patching services
• Incident and change management
• Proactive service improvement and process automation
• Ensure infrastructure security and prompt vulnerability managment
• Collaboration with system engineers and other teams on projects

We are seeking candidates with the following competencies:

• Experience managing endpoints using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)
• Ability to automate third-party patching, application deployments, and updates (using tools like Patch My PC, WSUS, and PowerShell)
• Strong collaboration skills, effective communication, adaptability, analytical troubleshooting, and a pro-active approach to service improvements
• Demonstrated ownership of technical projects, from conducting market research and evaluating proof of concepts to overseeing implementation and global deployment
• Taking full responsibility ensures you will actively contribute to building and shaping our infrastructure from the ground up

What is beneficial

• Scripting and automation ( PowerShell, VBScript, Batch scripting )
