We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to support our headquarters in Prague, acting as a trusted advisor to departmental leaders and contributing to strategic workforce initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

• serve as a strategic HR partner to designated departments at HQ
• deliver expert, customer-focused HR guidance across all areas of the employee lifecycle
• act as a sparring partner to department heads, fostering employee engagement and performance
• drive HR projects targeting key talent populations
• contribute to strategic workforce planning, with a focus on critical roles
• support management development initiatives and succession planning
• co-create and implement initiatives that enhance the working environment at HQ

Our requirements

• university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner role
• fluent in Czech and English, both written and spoken
• solid understanding of labor law and the local labor market
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• influential communicator with a confident and collaborative approach
• demonstrated business acumen and operational excellence
