....You role would be primarily: to work alongside experienced investors and industry professionals across the full investment lifecycle – market screening, financial analysis and modelling, due diligence, transaction execution, reporting/controlling and asset management. Your core focus will be supporting the origination and execution of renewables transactions. This is a front-office role with direct involvement in live projects, active deals, and real-time decision-making.

What specifically awaits you?

• Conduct financial analysis of investments opportunities in renewables with an emphasis on project economics and capital structuring;
• Build and maintain financial models for valuation, sensitivity and return scenarios;
• Support due diligence across diverse geographies and asset types;
• Assist in transaction execution, coordinating with internal stakeholders, banks, and advisors;
• Contribute to post-close construction monitoring and ensure project delivery aligns with financial and operational targets;
• Track EU power markets, regulatory developments, and broader sector trends;
• Support in marketing/sales of the Renewables sub-fund to existing and potential investors.

What can you bring to our company?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Energy or a related field;
• At least one year of experience in investment banking, private equity, project finance, or energy. (We are also open to more senior profiles and will tailor the role accordingly.);
• Strong Excel modelling skills, comfort with project finance and valuation methodologies and PowerPoint presentation skills;
• Understanding of renewables (solar, wind, BESS) and/or electricity markets is a strong advantage;
• Sharp analytical mindset, commercial awareness, attention to detail, solution-based approach;
• Fluent in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
