What will your mission be?
- Manage projects and/or programs in the areas of Transition, Transformation, Process Automation or Process Excellence
- Manage the effective planning, execution and completion of transformations aligned with business objectives
- Ensure alignment of transformation initiatives with the organization's strategic goals and long-term vision
- Manage projects to ensure on-time, on-budget and high-quality delivery
- Lead process migrations from business units to the shared services center
- Develop and implement change management strategies, ensuring smooth transitions and adaptation of new processes, systems or structures by employees
- Identify potential risks and challenges related to transformation activities, develop mitigation strategies and manage issues as they arise
- Monitor progress against project objectives and KPIs and regularly update stakeholders on transformation outcomes and key milestones
What do you need to succeed?
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a GBS environment, including at least 7 years in leading transformation initiatives.
- Higher education, preferably in management, finance, engineering, project management or related
- Experience in project management and business process improvement
- Fluent in Czech and English, both written and spoken, enabling cooperation in an international environment. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
- Project management certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, PMI–ACP or others)
- Knowledge of project management tools, e.g. MS Project, Clarity or similar tools
- Strong project management skills, including experience in managing complex projects in an international environment
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Experience in process mapping according to BPMN 2.0 standards
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to cooperate with senior management
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to assess complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
