What will your mission be?

• Manage projects and/or programs in the areas of Transition, Transformation, Process Automation or Process Excellence
• Manage the effective planning, execution and completion of transformations aligned with business objectives
• Ensure alignment of transformation initiatives with the organization's strategic goals and long-term vision
• Manage projects to ensure on-time, on-budget and high-quality delivery
• Lead process migrations from business units to the shared services center
• Develop and implement change management strategies, ensuring smooth transitions and adaptation of new processes, systems or structures by employees
• Identify potential risks and challenges related to transformation activities, develop mitigation strategies and manage issues as they arise
• Monitor progress against project objectives and KPIs and regularly update stakeholders on transformation outcomes and key milestones

What do you need to succeed?

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a GBS environment, including at least 7 years in leading transformation initiatives.
• Higher education, preferably in management, finance, engineering, project management or related
• Experience in project management and business process improvement
• Fluent in Czech and English, both written and spoken, enabling cooperation in an international environment. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
• Project management certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, PMI–ACP or others)
• Knowledge of project management tools, e.g. MS Project, Clarity or similar tools
• Strong project management skills, including experience in managing complex projects in an international environment
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
• Experience in process mapping according to BPMN 2.0 standards
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to cooperate with senior management
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to assess complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
