Responsibilities:
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with business clients (IFAs, insurance companies; secondary: banks and asset management)
- Has deep knowledge of investment products and can present them effectively
- Develops sales in the assigned region and meets business targets
- Acts as a trusted advisor, proposing suitable investment solutions
- Actively acquires new business and prepares plans to increase returns
- Participates in macroeconomic analyses and interprets capital market trends
- Provides professional support for launching new products
- Represents the company at meetings, conferences, and in the media
- Collaborates with internal teams and ensures reporting for management
- Monitors market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years, preferably 5 years of experience in financial markets in a similar role
- Analytical mindset, strong financial and investment knowledge (CFA or similar qualification is strong advantage)
- Fluency in English, minimum level B2, Czech native, Slovak is advantage
- Strong presentation skills
- Convincing, proactive, ambitious, and agile personality
- Proven ability to work independently and under pressure
- Willingness to travel within the CEE with focus on Czech Republic, Slovakia
- Solid MS Office skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience with investment funds sales is essential
