"Senior DevOps Engineer"

What You’ll Do

• Own and evolve our AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that keep releases fast and reliable

• Automate infrastructure, deployments, and operational workflows

• Continuously improve platform stability, performance, and scalability

• Set up and operate monitoring, logging, and alerting so we know what’s happening in production

• Troubleshoot production issues across applications, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure

• Work closely with developers to improve delivery, reliability, and operability

• Keep security in mind at all times – from infrastructure design to everyday operations

• Help shape DevOps standards and best practices across the company

• Mentor team members and share knowledge openly

What We’re Looking For

Must Have

• Strong hands-on experience in a Senior DevOps / Platform / SRE role

• Real-world experience running production workloads in AWS

• Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (ideally EKS)

• Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD or similar)

• Good scripting skills (Python and/or Shell)

• A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of ownership

• Good understanding of security basics in cloud and container environments

• Ability to work independently and make technical decisions

Nice to Have

• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and Thanos

• Experience with centralised logging (ELK / OpenSearch)

• Background in security-focused or regulated environments
