Annually we invest more than one billion crowns
in environmental protection.
We continuously modernize production, optimize energy intensity, and reduce emission volumes. We support nesting of critically endangered peregrine falcons in prepared boxes in all production areas of our group. Since 2011, we have successfully raised 70 chicks on our chimneys. We organize and finance fish stocking in the Bílina and Elbe rivers twice a year. Since 2018, we keep bees in the Spolana area in Neratovice and bottle honey with a gold quality mark.

Graduates
Program
The Graduate Program is tailored for university graduates even without previous experience. Applicants can apply up to 2 years after completing their bachelor's or master's studies.
During the two-year individual program, graduates become familiar with operations in various companies of the group. If they prove themselves, they can choose employment according to their preferences.
First, we'll create an adaptation plan where you'll see everything that awaits you.
You'll then become familiar with various company technologies, material flows, continuity and interconnection of individual operations.
You'll establish contacts and working relationships with colleagues from various teams.
After training, you'll work on partial projects connected with internships at production operations.
You'll participate in seminars for developing motivation and teamwork, presentation and communication skills, project management.
As a program participant, you'll have the same benefits as permanent employees, i.e., salary, vacation, meal allowances, and other benefits.

What will you need for success?
This program is intended for university graduates mainly in chemical, mechanical, electrical fields who graduated at most 2 years ago.
For communication with our Polish management, but not only with them, good knowledge of English both spoken and written is required.
Since our production areas are extensive, you'll need a group B driver's license.
We're looking for applicants who can work both in teams and fulfill individual assignments.
It's an advantage if you're communicative, not afraid to present, and have organizational skills.
