Join Mattoni 1873, a leading FMCG company, as SAP Configuration Expert / internal consultant, you'll be focused primarily on SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO). You will cooperate on design, implementation, roll out and continuous improvement of a group-wide ERP solution across Central Europe and the Balkans.
You will contribute to end-to-end delivery in your functional domain, from requirements analysis and solution design through configuration, testing, training, deployment and hypercare. After implementation, you will provide L2–L3 support, own assigned Finance application services and drive continuous improvement in a multinational Group Business Services environment.
What you’ll do 💻
Shape how Finance runs on SAP: You design, configure and improve end-to-end processes in S/4HANA, keep the core clean, and find the balance between group standards and what local teams really need.
Keep things running: You handle L2-L3 incidents, requests and changes, and fix the root cause instead of just patching the symptom. Month-end, year-end close, payments, reporting and interfaces run smoothly because of you.
Connect the pieces: You design integrations with MM, SD, PP, Employee Central Payroll, banks, and tax and e-invoicing platforms. You turn what the business needs into solutions that are easy to maintain, working with IT, Finance, AMS and implementation partners.
Take changes from idea to go-live: You plan testing (functional, integration, regression, UAT), support data migration through to post-load validation, assess releases and upgrades, and document your work so others can pick it up.
Make Finance easier: You spot where automation, analytics or a better user experience would help, using Fiori, SAP Build Process Automation and SAP BTP, and look at where SAP Business AI and Joule can add value responsibly.
Necessary competencies ✔️
Experience: You have 5+ years in SAP Finance configuration, support and delivery, including at least one S/4HANA implementation, conversion or major transformation. Greenfield and data migration experience is a big plus.
Core Finance: You know GL, AP, AR, Controlling and Asset Accounting well, and how Finance connects with MM, SD and PP.
Additional areas: You are strong in at least two more of these: Treasury and payments, e-invoicing or tax, Group Reporting, Finance analytics, or Employee Central Payroll integration. SAP Analytics Cloud, Material Ledger, product costing and capex are a bonus.
Skills and languages: You are analytical and customer-minded, and comfortable running workshops and working with stakeholders. You have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), upper-intermediate English and advanced Czech or Slovak.
Experience competencies
Migration and integration: You have worked on Finance data migration and cutover (SAP Migration Cockpit is a plus) and on integrations using APIs, OData, IDoc, RFC/BAPI and REST/SOAP. SAP Integration Suite experience is strongly preferred.
Fiori and clean core: You know Fiori apps and business roles, and can define extension requirements using released APIs, key-user and developer extensibility, and BTP side-by-side extensions. SAPUI5 is a plus.
Delivery, security and AI: You write specifications and test scripts and run UAT in SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager or a similar tool. You understand roles, segregation of duties and auditability, and can spot sensible automation and AI use cases in Finance.
