Generali CEE Holding is looking for a skilled and analytically driven professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and supporting the performance of the Claims function across the Central and Eastern Europe region. You will work closely with Group Claims team, regional stakeholders, and local business units, contributing insights that drive performance, efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Reporting
- Ensure the collection and analysis of regional reports for Group Claims via the Claims Fastboard.
- Collaborate with Group Claims on changes and further development of the Claims Fastboard.
- Provide Q&A support to CEE entities regarding the Claims Fastboard.
Meeting Organization and Support
- Analyze Claims performance in CEE countries (monthly/quarterly), including commentary on variances vs. budget and forecast.
- Follow up on Non-Life claims cost containment initiatives.
- Provide organizational support for Claims Deep Dives with CEE entities.
- Prepare content and support the organization of CEE Business Reviews and Claims Top Management Committees.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in an international company.
- Strong analytical and business skills.
- Proficiency in Power BI, data extraction, and advanced Excel features.
- Ability to create and monitor KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Ability to translate financial data into business insights through trends and KPI analysis, including historical comparisons and benchmarking against other countries and competitors.
- Fluent in English, strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate across functions and countries.
- Experience in the Non-Life Claims lifecycle is an advantage, but not required.
