HR Front Office Lead__
Your role and responsibilities
We are looking for a suitable candidate to join our HR Front Office team in Brno and provide administrative support within HR. Previous experience in Human Resources is not required; what matters most to us is a good knowledge of MS Excel and an intermediate level of English. The position is also suitable for students and parents on parental leave.
Location: Vídeňská 117, Brno
🕐 Working hours: at least 2 days per week
The work model for the role is: onsite
This role is contributing to the HR team.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Supporting the team with HR administration tasks
Filing and scanning HR documentation
Updating local HR manuals and guidelines
Supporting HR projects
Qualifications for the role
Secondary school education
Intermediate English skills (mainly for email communication)
Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially: Excel (data handling, pivot tables), Outlook
Attention to detail and accuracy
