Cyber Security Program Manager

Your role and responsibilities

• Drive global and regional cyber security and compliance programs

• Collaborate across different business lines and engage with relevant stakeholders to provide guidance and expertise

• Support our organization with the implementation of upcoming EU regulations such as EU Data Act and EU Cyber Resilience Act

• Coordinate activities within Process Industries and represent our division in cross-divisional working groups

• Create training materials and raise awareness by deliver training to product managers and R&D teams

Qualifications for the role

• University degree in IT or equivalent education with at least 2 years of IT experience, cyber security expertise is a plus

• Preferably prior experience in project management

• Proficient in English (B2 level and above)

• Proactive, communicative, and able to work independently

• Willingness to educate oneself in the field of cyber security and regulations, staying updated on the latest trends, and working with the latest systems and technologies in the field
