What awaits you here
Learning AWS by doing — you’ll help build, secure and operate cloud services (EKS, RDS, S3, IAM, networking) that have to be reliable and efficient, with experienced colleagues to guide you.
Automation and CI/CD pipelines — you’ll help set up and improve deployment automation and our GitLab pipelines, so releases stay boring and repeatable.
Infrastructure as code — everything we run lives in Terraform and Ansible; you’ll learn to treat infrastructure as version-controlled code.
Kubernetes in the real world — you’ll help keep our internal EKS clusters healthy, scalable and low-latency.
Solving challenges across cloud, Linux, networking and databases — no two days are the same; a new puzzle can surprise you at any time.
Who we’re looking for
A foundation in Linux and the cloud mindset — you don’t need years of experience, but you’re comfortable in a terminal and eager to go deeper.
You automate what you can — if a task is boring and repetitive, your instinct is to script it away.
Ownership and a will to learn — you adapt quickly, aren’t afraid to ask, and like to see things through to the end.
Technical judgement growing towards security, reliability and cost — you understand why these factors matter for a company protecting people’s money.
A team player — you raise the people around you and share what you learn
Nice to have (but not required)
Any hands-on experience with Docker or container platforms
Some Terraform, Ansible or another IaC / config-management tool
Basic scripting in Bash or Python
Familiarity with CI/CD (GitLab CI or similar)
A little exposure to AWS or Kubernetes from school, a side project or a previous job
