You will work alongside experienced professionals to help design and develop a global infrastructure dashboard, support data pipelines, and explore AI-driven automation and monitoring solutions.
What you will be involved in:
- Developing and improving incident management-related tools
- Working with databases and monitoring tools such as PostgreSQL, VictoriaMetrics, Elasticsearch, and Grafana
- Supporting the integration of AI-based solutions using TypeScript
- Collaborating with international teams on innovative automation initiatives
- Learning modern observability, monitoring, and cloud infrastructure concepts
What we are looking for:
- Student enrolled in a relevant university program (IT, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Software Engineering, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of databases and software development
- Interest in incident management, monitoring, infrastructure, and AI technologies
- Good communication skills in English
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently
Nice to have:
- Experience with web application development
- Knowledge of TypeScript
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, ServiceNow, or infrastructure concepts
