What will be your responsibilities
- develop and execute category strategy and tactics (category plans) in co-operation with Commercial Director
- define and execute assortment range, promotions, price level, quality and volume from the category to the item level
- negotiate with suppliers and manage supplier portfolio, sign and maintain delivery contracts
- monitor/optimize stock, dead stock and stock rotation
- improve shrink/losses level in cooperation with operations
- follow market trends, market shares and competitors
- be a role model for team members
- facilitate team performance
What we expect from you
- university degree
- at least 3 years experience in a similar position (retail business) recommended; operational or marketing experience welcome
- negotiating skills, communicating skills, analytical skills, organizational and leadership skills, ambitious, single-minded, thoughtful, and conscientious, team player.
- knowledge of English language
