As Project Manager you will be responsible for managing Fusion projects across Ahold Delhaize brands in Europe. You will become part of the Fusion Program CSE team. This team drives and steeers business E2E projects that are all aligned with the overall company ambitions of our region and brands , aiming to drive efficiency in areas of flow of goods, operational excellence, commercial processes and master data management. You will be responsible for defining, preparing, leading and/or executing projects on regional level. You along with the Stream leads and programme Country leads will determine the best approach and set out a strategy to realize the project objectives.

What will be your responsibilities
- managing large, highly complex companywide projects or programs, requiring extensive Project Management skills, preferably professional knowledge of market segment industry
- entire project planning including: projects initiation, timeline definitions, defining scope and activities, leading decision making and manages uncertainties and expectations of a varied group of stakeholders
- delivery visibility analysis and builds business cases for strategic projects/programs, ensures execution and manages uncertainties
- cross functional alignments and managing the relation with a heterogeneous group of stakeholders on strategic level, managing conflicting interests and ensuring alignment across strategic stakeholders
- providing project management and business guidance for project team members throughout the project life cycle
- identifying risks in business, both in relation to external and internal factors
- bring business insights to manage business decisions, escalate the risks and issues
- ensuring commitment to the management plan and figures
- determining KPIs as a basis for control
What we expect from you
- 3-6 years’ experience in relevant business environment, such as retail or consumer products; Extensive expertise in some specific areas (Logistics, Commercial, Operations)
- proven Project management experience
- English – fluent, Czech - advanced
