"Senior Software Engineer (& Tech Lead of AI Agent Development)"

• Work Arrangement: Full remote possible, with availability for in-person gatherings, collaboration sessions as well as team-buildings

Responsibilities

• Implement the Agent End-to-End. Design the Agentic AI from first principles – its reasoning loop, tool use, orchestration, context management, and multi-step decision logic. You own the full lifecycle: technical specification → implementation → deployment → monitoring → iteration. There is no separate team to hand this off to.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally. Work directly with other engineers, the ML/AI research team, platform engineers, product managers, and founders. You are expected to reach across traditional role boundaries. If a data pipeline needs fixing or a model needs debugging, you don't say "not my job.

• Mentor and Elevate the Team. Share expertise in AI-augmented development practices. Introduce and maintain best practices in security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

• Own Quality, Observability, and Compliance. Implement comprehensive observability (structured logs, metrics, distributed tracing) to detect issues proactively. Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations.

Qualifications:

Experience

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS

• Experience designing, building and operating LLM-powered solutions

• Experience designing, building and operating large-scale production systems

• Experience with building and operating distributed architecture

Attitude

Skills (to be verified)

• Education/skills/understanding equivalent to Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
  (acquired by any means)
