Job Summary

The Head of Marketing is ThreatMark's most senior marketing leader, accountable for global marketing strategy, pipeline contribution, brand positioning, and org-wide team leadership, supporting ThreatMark's sales-led, enterprise B2B go-to-market motion in the financial fraud prevention market. This role sets the marketing agenda at the executive level and represents marketing in company-wide strategic planning

Key responsibilities

·       Sets and owns ThreatMark's global marketing strategy, aligned to company objectives and revenue targets, and represents marketing in executive and company-wide planning.

·       Leads, manages, and develops the full marketing organization across content, brand, demand generation, events, product marketing, marketing operations, and analyst relations, including the managers/leads within each function.

·       Designs, implements, and optimizes demand-generation programs, ABM strategies, and digital campaigns to build a qualified pipeline.

·       Owns ThreatMark's brand positioning, messaging, and thought-leadership strategy in the fraud prevention and banking security market.

·       Directs customer and competitive intelligence within the Product Marketing function, including customer/persona research, customer studies and stories, win-loss analysis, and ongoing tracking of competitors’ positioning and product moves.

·       Owns marketing operations, including the martech stack, lead scoring, attribution tooling, and data hygiene across the funnel.

·       Owns analyst relations, managing ThreatMark's engagement and positioning with industry analysts (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) relevant to the category.

·       Partners with Sales leadership to align on lead-handoff processes, funnel conversion metrics, and sales-enablement materials.

·       Partners with Product leadership to align on product launches, product improvements, and other roadmap or technology initiatives that impact the product and services offering.

·       Owns marketing performance reporting to the executive team and/or board, using KPIs and attribution models to justify budget and resourcing decisions.

·       Oversees digital and content marketing operations, including content strategy, website performance, SEO, PPC, and social media.

·       Owns the marketing department budget end-to-end, ensuring efficient resource allocation aligned with ROI targets.

·       Directs strategy and execution for industry events, sponsorships, strategic partnerships, and internally produced market-facing events.

·       Owns the department's quarterly and annual hiring plan in partnership with HR, aligned to team growth and budget.

Required qualifications

·       7+ years  in B2B SaaS marketing, including direct experience leading a multi-function marketing team (content, brand, demand gen, events, and/or product marketing).

·       Experience marketing to the financial services or banking sector.

·       Demonstrated experience building demand-generation programs that produce a qualified pipeline within a sales-led enterprise motion.

·       Experience partnering directly with sales leadership and the executive team on revenue alignment, funnel conversion, enablement, and product leadership.

·       Proficiency in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and budget management.

·       Experience presenting marketing strategy and performance to executive leadership and/or the board.

·       Experience leveraging AI and GenAI-driven tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Regie.ai: Generate more pipeline with the world's only AI SEP ) to accelerate content production, campaign personalization, and marketing operations at scale.

·       Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Preferred qualifications

·       Experience marketing fraud detection, cybersecurity, or risk/compliance solutions.

·       Experience running ABM programs targeting named enterprise accounts in banking.

·       Prior experience as a company's most senior marketing leader (Head of Marketing, VP Marketing, or CMO).

·       Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

·       Direct experience managing analyst relations programs or marketing operations/martech stacks.
