Join our team and support the delivery of a strategic AIOps, Automation & Incident Management initiative. You will work closely with incident managers, technical experts, stakeholders, and international teams to help coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and contribute to the successful implementation of modern AI-driven solutions.
What you will be involved in:
- Supporting the planning, coordination, and tracking of project activities
- Facilitating communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Monitoring project milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items
- Preparing project documentation, status reports, and presentations
- Participating in project meetings and supporting governance activities
- Contributing to initiatives focused on incident management, observability, automation, and AI technologies
- Supporting continuous improvement and process optimization efforts
What we are looking for:
- Student enrolled in a relevant university program (Project Management, IT, Business Administration, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Interest in technology-driven projects and digital transformation initiatives
- Proactive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
Nice to have:
