We are looking for a Service Asset Configuration Manager to join our Quality Management and Tools Configuration team. In this role, you will be responsible for governing and enhancing our Configuration Management System (CMS) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring the quality, integrity, and reliability of configuration data across the organization.

What You Will Do:
As a Service Asset Configuration Manager, you will:
- Analyze business requirements and design ServiceNow-based solutions within the SACM/SCM domain.
- Maintain, govern, and continuously improve the Configuration Management System (CMS) and CMDB.
- Monitor CMDB data quality and ensure ongoing compliance with governance standards.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and quality assurance mechanisms.
- Drive adoption of ServiceNow best practices and new platform capabilities.
- Support the design and implementation of integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise tools.
- Support Discovery and Service Mapping initiatives to improve visibility of IT assets, services, and dependencies.
- Define, coordinate, and report on CMDB validation and remediation campaigns.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to improve processes, standards, and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements analysis and solution design in ServiceNow
- CMS/CMDB administration, maintenance, and enhancement
- CMDB monitoring, reporting, and quality assurance
- ServiceNow best-practice adoption and continuous improvement
- Support for tool integrations and automation initiatives
- Discovery, Service Mapping, and application dependency model management
- Stakeholder engagement across international teams
What We Are Looking For:
Required Experience & Technical Skills:
- Expertise in ITIL 3 Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) and/or ITIL 4 Service Configuration Management (SCM)
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM
- Hands-on experience with:Discovery, Service Mapping
- Workflow and process design
- Reporting and dashboards
- ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- English proficiency at B2 level minimum (C1 preferred)
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ITIL Foundation ( ITIL 4)
